Why is PepperJobs different from other job boards?

PepperJobs offers a cost effective way to advertise jobs. You can post as many jobs as you want; you will only pay (£1 or less) when you receive an application. There is no hidden fees or hidden cost.

Is PepperJobs independant?

YES. We are not affiliated with any other recruitement company.

What are the steps required to post jobs?

  1. Register as a recruiter. It's free and takes less than a minute.
  2. Sign in as a recruiter, and use the interface to create and manage your jobs.
  3. Pay only when you receive an application. For more details see the rates below.

What about duplicate CVs?

If you receive the same CV twice for the same job, we will recredit your account accordingly.

What is the cost for posting a job?

Posting a job is free.
You can post as many jobs as you like. You will pay only when you receive an application. One credit is substracted each time you receive one application. One credit cost £1 or less depending on the quantity you buy. The minimum credit quantity you can buy is 20. The more credit you buy, the less you pay per credit. How can we work as a team with PepperJobs?

PepperJobs enables several recuiters to be linked to one company. Thus the jobs posted on the company's behalf are viewable by all the recuiters. However, you can update/delete a job only if you created it. The recuiter registering for the company for the first time is Company Administrator. The other recuiters can register on PepperJobs but they are linked to their company only if the Company Administrator has accepted that request.

What is our road map?

We are a small company trying to provide high quality and cost effective tools to employers and jobseekers. We do not want to do everything everywhere so we provide a simple job board which intends to stay simple. Users of our website are our priority: we do not plan to add some annoying stuff like advertising, images logos everywhere or irrelevant links.
We plan for the next few months to enhance the application, make it more and more useful but keep it simple. Your comments are welcome!
